nature bride – a harmony between colors and nature
As you might have noticed I’m a huge fan of simplicity and elegance. Sometimes there is no need for lots of props to do a bridal shoot. Just a beautiful lady wearing a stunning dress, holding a pretty bouquet in her hands and a lovely smurke on her face.
When I captured the riverbed styled shoot in my hometown (you can have a look here), I took the opportunity to do some bridal portraits in the nearby forest as well. The middle of a small forest clearing appeared to be the perfect spot for the beautiful bride and it seemed that she became one with the nature surrounding her. A perfect harmony between colors and nature.
I can’t help but I really love the unique, unbeatable combination of bright skin tones and the natures‘ greens when shot on film. The delicate bridal bouquet and her flower wreath were the cherry on top and truly made this nature bride vision perfect.
This shoot would not have been possible without all the creative minds behind it. Many thanks to Brigitte Truppe for organizing, Elke Sommer for doing hair and make up, Evelyn Kühr for the pretty flower arrangements, Christina Taupe from Brautgeflüster for the beautiful dress, Verena for being my wonderful model (you are such a cool cat!) and last but not least for the support of the best assistant I could wish for – my sister Rebecca.
Hope you will enjoy these images and I maybe you’ll love them as much as I do. For more pictures hop over to my Hochzeitsguide feature as well.
Enjoy the rest of the week!
Love,
Melanie
