Last June we celebrated the wedding of Steffi and Lukas in Vienna. It was a wonderful ceremony with family and friends from all over Austria and beyond. The two dreamt of a classic wedding and chose one of Vienna´s most amazing venues therefor. Not only offers Palais Schönburg an exceptionally beautiful ball room but also one of the city´s most impressive private gardens.
Lukas and his Best Men – who all wore traditional tailcoats – got ready in the couple´s apartment in Vienna´s 8th district while the bride chose the nearby Hotel Sans Souci for her personal getting ready. Steffi looked gorgeous in her white silk dress complemented with a small jacket of lace.
Not only the ceremony itself was classic but even all the involved vendors were some of Austria’s crème de la crème of the industry. For example they had flowers and table decoration from Doll’s Blumen – one of THE florists in town – a wonderful cake designed by Demel Wien and dinner and drinks came from DO&co. Their guests gathered on the forecourt of the church Maria Treu in Vienna´s Josefstadt before they awaited the arrival of the bride inside the house of god. Finally, Steffi arrived in a classy Rolls Royce vintage car and walked towards the altar hearing her heart beat.
After their church wedding the guests continued to the Palais Schönburg where they were welcomed by friendly staff with refreshing cocktails and lemonades. The bridal couple spent the hole afternoon with their guests in the beautiful garden where delicious petit fours and nibbles were served before they had dinner in the elegant ball room. The groom´s and his best man´s speeches caused some guests including me having goosebumps and one or two tears in our eyes. However, in the end everyone will remember the adorable bridal couple as well as their perfect wedding day full of small and big moments and true love.

I´m really excited Susanne featured this elegant and classy wedding in Vienna on her inspiring blog Hochzeitsguide. Thank you very much at this point. At the end of this blogpost you`’ll find the video Santiago Boceta created for these two lovebirds. Don’t miss it, it’s lovely!
Last but not least I want to thank Steffi and Lukas for putting so much trust in me and my work. It fills me with pride being allowed to celebrate with them to create eternal memories. I wish you all the best for your future.
